Then when it came down to picking out new glasses Jennifer was so kind and helpful. She took her time with fitting me with the best glasses for my face and Amazing price! I came into Dr. Friedman’s to take them up on their free adjustment. Ofelia was so helpful! I got my glasses here almost a year ago, so they’ve loosened up a lot. She tightened them up, fit them so they’re far more comfortable, and gifted me with cleaning spray and cloths. Excellent service!

I was referred to Friedman Optometry on Washington Boulevard in Culver City by my insurance company, and from my very first phone call, I was impressed. Their appointment system uses excellent voice-to-text technology. If they're unable to answer the phone, you can leave a voicemail, which is converted to text and sent directly to the office. I received both a text response and a callback in less than five minutes. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to get me in the following Monday. They also accept walk-ins, although those may involve a short wait. Parking is easy, with plenty of free parking available across the street in the shopping center. The office itself is clean, modern, and well organized. It's a smaller office and clearly a popular one, so don't be surprised if the waiting room is busy. The check-in process for a new patient was simple, requiring only a couple of forms. Be sure to bring your vision insurance information, your current prescription details, and your medical insurance information, since some procedures may be billed through your medical insurance rather than your vision plan. Everyone on the staff was friendly, kind, and professional. The doctor was efficient, knowledgeable, and made the entire exam comfortable and stress-free. They also have a great selection of frames. I ordered a new pair of glasses, and even after insurance, the price was very reasonable. If you've been putting off an eye exam because you're nervous about visiting the optometrist, this is the place to go. They made the entire experience easy, welcoming, and enjoyable. I highly recommend Friedman Optometry.
